part of the Nigerian Union of Campus Journalists Press/Social week 2014,
entries are being called for the Nigerian Union of Campus Journalists
Student-Writers Essay competition 2014.
Topic:
THE ROLE OF INFORMATION IN CURBING THE
SPREAD OF HIV/AIDS.
Eligible Participant: Bona fide student of the University
of Calabar.
Guidelines;
Ø
Essay
should be between 800 and 1000 words
Ø
Essay
must be typeset with double space (Times New Roman, 12 point font size)
Ø
Essay
must be original and unpublished
Ø
Essay
must have a cover page indicating contestants essay title, full name, gender,
address, phone number, e-mail and department
Ø
The
decision of the judges is final
Ø
Entries
should be titled; “The Role Of
Information In Curbing The Spread Of Hiv/Aids” and submitted in print to
the Editorial Guild, NUCJ Secretariat, Room 161, Hall 4, Malabo Republikor

prize; N10,000 + certificate + Publication on NUCJ Campus Lens Newspaper

prize; N5,000 + certificate
Bonus;
certificates shall be awarded to the 3rd and 4th runners
up
