your leadership
Malabites
and Malabresses have been advised to
blend leadership together with moral traits. prof Ndifon of the faculty of law gave this
admonition at a one day seminar organized by the SUG sec–gen comrade Iyom Chukwuemeke themed ‘’ LEADERSHIP AND ACADEMIC
ENHANCEMENT’’ that was held at the Unical
International Conference Center.

Ndifon in his paper presentation ‘’THE
MORALITY OF LEADERSHIP’’ made it very clear that the inability of the Nigerian
ruling elites to imbibe morality into their leadership structure is basically
responsible for their failure to live up to expectations when it matters most.
Prof
Ndifon conclusively told the audience that parental upbringing with very bad
family background laid a strong foundation for this societal and leadership
malaise facing both the Nigerian society and leadership content.
Prof
Ndifon express optimissms that if moral traits are mixed with positive
leadership, tales of woe will actually turn to stories of Joy indeed.
