FLOOD IN UNICAL
The drainage system has become very unreliable in the university of calabar. Whenever it rains, it is almost impossible to go home. You get stocked and could be forced to wait another hour after the rain (e no make sense at all).
On behalf of the students, unicalnation pleads to the school authority to please address this issue of flood as soon as possible.
